EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY BY POSTAL SERVICE
You can exchange in a 30 days delay or return in a 15 days delay following the delivery of your order products bought online by using postal service as long as merchandise returned is in the same condition that when it was delivered, meaning that it was not used, not weared or washed (clothes).
ANY PERSONALIZED CLOTHES OR ACCESSORIES, THAT IS TO SAY PRINTED,SUBLIMATED,NUMBERED,EMBROIDERED OR CUSTOM ORDERED CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AND ARE CONSIDERED AS A FINAL SALE.
A defect product bought in line will be exchanged in thirty (30) days or reimbursed in fifteen (15) days following the order reception date under condition that merchandise is returned in original condition, that is to say non used, non weared or washed. Product return shipping costs will be no charge. The new product will be shipped to you with no shipping or handling charges.
For any exchange or return request by mail, you must complete the exchange or return form available online. We will send you by email a return label that you will have to print and stick on the package to be returned and bring this package to the closest postal office. We will not reimburse shipping costs for a return done an other way.
In the case of an exchange, we will contact you to confirm the availability of the product desired with details concerning the shipment of this new product. If the price of the product is lower, we will credit the amount due following the same way of payment as soon as we receive the product returned. If price is higher, we will ask you informations needed to pay the difference.
In case of a reimbursement, we will credit the amount due under the same way the original order was paid. The amount credited will not include shipping and handling costs, neither taxes related to the order amount. These charges have to be assumed by the customer.

You can exchange in the thirty (30) days or return in the fifteen (15) days following reception of your order products bought online at our office at address here above under condition that articles are in the same condition that when they were sent, that is to say not weared or washed. You must show up your online invoice that you have received by e-mail or attached to your package.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT
Note that there will not be price adjustment for an online order. Exchange or return policies prevail.
