To order, complete your personal information in the required field. You can now make your order using the cart. To order a product, you must select it, chose the size desired and the color if you need so. Select the quantity you want and click on the ‘’add to cart’’ button. At anytime, it is possible to see your cart, to modify it or cancel it as long as your transaction is not completed. Once your shopping completed and verified, click on the ‘’ accept the order’’ button to get access to payment.
PRODUCT NON AVAILABLE
If an ordered product is non available or cannot be shipped in a normal delay ( discontinued product or out of stock product ), we will contact you by phone at the phone number or by e-mail at the e-mail address supplied at the order in a 48 hours maximum delay ( working days ). If you don’t receive an e-mail about your order in this delay, your order is being proceed normally.
QUANTITY LIMITS AND SALES TO TRADESPEOPLE
Distribution Sports Loisirs G.P. inc. , at his own discretion, may limit product quantities sold to an individual, couple or simply by order. This limitation may be applied to orders on the same account, on the same credit card or orders to be sent at the same address of invoicing or shipping. CANCELATION OR MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER
If you want to modify or cancel your order once completed, you must call our customer service at 1-800-387-5647 ( toll free ) or at 418-684-2480. We will do everything to give you satisfaction but we can’t guarantee it. If your order is already shipped, it will be impossible to make a change. UNIQUE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Only one shipping address is accepted by order. If you want to get your order shipped at several addresses, you must contact our customer service by phone to make an agreement at 1-800-387-5647 (toll free ) or 418-684-2480.
INVOICING
Your order’s invoice will be sent to you by e-mail and a copy of it will be attached to your order’s shipment.
PRICING
Prices shown on our website are in Canadian dollars. These prices can be changed without notice, however products will always be invoiced at the price shown at time of transaction.
PAYMENT
Payment terms : Credit cards ( VISA, MASTERCARD ). In case of non availability of a product or all the products on an online order, we will deduct the amount of the non available products before to proceed to final payment autorisation.

Canada Post Corporation takes the engagement to leave the package at the closest postal office in case nobody is present at th time of delivery at the address provided at the order ; in this case , a’’delivery notice’’ card will be left at the door giving you the information to recover your package. No identity card is required for a delivery at the address supplied at the order but a valid identity card with picture will be required to recover your package at postal office.
PACKAGE TRACKING
At the time your order will be shipped, Canada Post Corporation will send you an e-mail at the e-mail address supplied at the order.Post Canada Corporation e-mail will confirm you that your package has left our warehouse and will forward you the tracking number to use to track your package.
