The TER JP238 has an outer diameter of 2 3/8″ and a circumference of 7.75″. It is equipped with a 0.51″ oil bearing and a shaft that can accommodate a 12 mm bolt. Its stamped steel construction offers some flexibility to prevent it from breaking if over-tightened. The lower part of the mount includes a figure-eight-shaped pendulum with an oil-impregnated bronze bearing to reduce wear. The pendulum, fully enclosed and 1″ wide, prevents the S-hook or shackle from coming loose.

The two parts of the mount are secured together with a 12 mm bolt and a self-locking nut. The pendulum is held by a #12 axle bolt with a long shoulder to ensure the bearing does not rub against the threads, and it also has a self-locking nut. It is recommended not to exceed 25 ft-lbs of torque during installation.

Its tensile strength is 9,200 lbs. Sold individually.
